We will make every effort to obtain all public records available on your behalf. If we fail to identify the subject of your search within one (1) day of the date you submit the request, we will not process your credit card. If you do not receive the results of your search request within two (2) days of the date you submit the search/background request, please notify us via email or by phone. We do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the data available. All information is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We are not a licensed private investigator firm, and do not engage in any activities for which such a license is required.

User Agreement and Terms of Use

By submitting your order, you certify that you have read, understand and agree to the provisions set forth in these Terms of Use. Please be advised that the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. sec 1681) prohibits use of information obtained from our service to determine a consumer's eligibility for credit or insurance for personal, family or household purposes, or eligibility for employment, a government license or benefit. You agree that you intend to use any and all information provided to you by us only for a use that will clearly cause no emotional or physical harm to anyone.

The use and dissemination of information obtained from us is limited to use in the ordinary course and scope of your business or profession, and by submitting your order, you represent and warrant that such use is appropriate. By inputting your request you certify that you are in, and assume full responsibility for, compliance with the DPPA. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our sources harmless from any breach of the DPPA by you, your agents or contractors and any damages, fees and associated costs.

We adhere to strict business privacy principles and make every effort to protect everyone's privacy rights. You must have a permissible purpose to obtain non-public information from many states, such as driver history records. We do not search public records or proprietary databases for persons under the age of 18, celebrities, public figures, or persons living outside the United States. If you provide a Date of Birth, DOB, we will confirm that date. If you provide a Social Security Number, SSN, we will confirm subject is or is not the person associated with that SSN. We confirm and verify.
